“ Started off with the fried calamari, delicious, huge portion - easily a main or shared with someone else as an appetizer. The beef short rib burger was amazing. Succulent and flavoursome. The fries were a little on the salty side for my liking. Fantastic selection of beers and other stuff like cocktails and spirits. Nice rustic vibe with some screens showing live sports. Staff were all friendly and attentive too so all in all, a great place. ”
“ Always an excellent experience here! Ian was an awesome waiter with impeccable service. Love the atmosphere here. It’s definitely a must. Got the Blarney Burger and Meatloaf. Everything was great. ”
“ We are from Massachusetts, and traveling in California. We were looking for a place to grab a bite for dinner. I found Pappy's online. We stopped here and knew we were on the right place. Pappy's is not only a great place to eat, but it also has a great bar. Its located on Pine Street in Paso Robles, California. We had fried Calamari and Boneless wings to start then we had fish & chips, clam Chowder, and my sole had Nac & Cheese with bacon and chicken. Everything was well made and delicious. I highly recommend Pappy's! If you go there on Thursday evenings during summertime the town has live music in the town Square across the street from Pappy's.. Enjoy!!! ”
“ Food is always excellent. Love when they have some sort of happy hour specials. Did you know James Dean: Hollywood screen legend James Dean met an untimely death just outside of Paso Robles in 1955? It’s unfortunate because he would have loved Pappy Mcgregors ”
“ That place was outstanding! Great comfort, food, friendly staff and classic atmosphere. One of the best burgers I've ever had! The place is partitioned in three different rooms so the noise level is just fine. ”
“ Why 5 stars on each you ask? Well, because the food is ultimate in comfort, the service is well organized and prompt, and the atmosphere is low key pub family time during the day and classic Irish pub at night. So grateful to have this spot in our quaint little town of Paso. Cheers! And order the ‘Dew and.a Brew’ combo! Tasty and it’s discounted along with other great specials during the ‘Pappy Hour’. Pic: Secret menu fried pickles oh yeah! ”
“ When you think “Irish Pub,” you think run down, dirty, unsanitary restroom, sub-par food & drinks. BUT this place exceeds expectations by far!! The food was excellent, the espresso martinis were beyond my highest expectations & the bartender was of great service. Everytime I visit Paso Robles, I will be sure to stop by & support. Chicken wings & Shrimp Pasta were excellent. My friends ordered the burger & they said it was one of the best they’ve ever had. Kudos to you guys for having all around excellent hospitality. ”
“ Located right in the heart of Paso Robles, in front of the park. Street parking only. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great food with great service. Must try their poppies and irish coffee, ”
